Our Mission
|
The mission of Promiseland Learning Center is to extend our church ministry into the community. We provide a loving, caring environment where children develop spiritually, socially, and intellectually to meet life’s challenges and experience God’s great love.
Our primary goal is to help children understand that God created the world and each of us with unique talents, gifts and abilities. We want children to experience success, to practice making their own decisions, and to be independent. Our teachers guide the children in a positive, Christ-like manner, and always encourage them to find solutions to problems.

We Believe in Children

- Children are created to be naturally curious and will seek to explore and learn about their environment.
- Children learn best in an accepting and non-threatening environment.
- Children develop emotionally, socially, physically, spiritually, and intellectually all at the same time. We seek to help them feel good about themselves as part of God’s creation. As children experience unconditional love and acceptance, they are able to get along with others in order to learn and participate fully in other areas.
- Children gain understanding naturally through their play.
- Children learn best through concrete experience and active involvement.
- Children are unique individuals. We seek to encourage their interest and work with their learning styles.

That the Bible is the relevant Word of God.
That all people have sinned and need forgiveness which is free through Jesus’ death on the cross.
That an individual must repent and trust Christ to receive eternal life.
That the church is the Body of Christ carrying on His purposes in the world.
